1. Who we are.
This website (godspeed.co.jp) is operated by A COLD WORLD Co., Ltd. (株式会社A COLD WORLD), the company behind GODSPEED ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other laws that apply to our customers.

2. What we collect.
Information you give us when you order, contact us or sign up to our newsletter:
- Name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number
- Order details and purchase history
- Messages you send us
Information collected automatically when you visit the site:
- Device, browser and language settings
- IP address and approximate location
- Cookie identifiers and how you use the site
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian's consent.
3. How we use it.
- To fulfil your order — processing payment, shipping, customer service.
- To keep the site secure — preventing fraud and misuse.
- To improve the site — understanding how people browse and shop.
- To send marketing — only with your consent. You can unsubscribe from any email.
We won't use your information for anything else without asking, unless the law requires it.
4. Who we share it with.
We only share what's needed to run the store:

We may also disclose information where required by law. We don't sell your personal information.
5. International transfers.
Some of these providers process data outside Japan, including in the United States and Canada. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it.
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). After that it's deleted or anonymised.
7. Security.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Your rights.
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or stop using the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live you may have further rights:
- EEA and UK (GDPR): data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA): the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We don't sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

10. Changes.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
