1. About these terms.
This website (godspeed.co.jp) is operated by A COLD WORLD Co., Ltd. (株式会社A COLD WORLD), the company behind GODSPEED. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them by posting a new version here.
2. Using the store.
You must be of legal age in your country to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's consent. You agree not to use the site or our products for anything unlawful.
3. Products.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without notice. We show colours, textures and measurements as accurately as we can, but screens vary and natural fabrics differ slightly from piece to piece.
4. Prices and payment.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices for orders within Japan include consumption tax. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when your order is placed and processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your card details.
5. Shipping.
We ship worldwide from Japan with Japan Post (EMS) and Yamato Transport. Orders usually leave us within 3–5 business days of payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and local fees are your responsibility.
6. Orders and cancellation.
Once payment is confirmed, an order can't be cancelled or changed. We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment problems. If we do, we'll email you and refund in full.
7. Returns and refunds.
Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property.
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to A COLD WORLD Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Please don't reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
9. Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
