Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellations

 

Please note that we are generally unable to accept any cancellation of orders once they have been confirmed, unless we are unable to deliver the ordered item due to reasons on our end.

If you need to request a cancellation before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at store@godspeed.co.jp, and we will advise if cancellation is possible.

 


 

2. Returns and Exchanges

 

We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of all GODSPEED products before shipment.

We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

 

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You receive an incorrect item

 

If any of the above apply, please contact us at store@godspeed.co.jp within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, name, and photographs showing the issue.

Once we confirm eligibility, we will provide return instructions by email.


When returning or exchanging an item, please keep it in the original packaging, with all tags, boxes, and accessories intact.


If we are unable to replace the item because it is sold out or discontinued, we will issue a refund for the item price and any applicable shipping or bank transfer fees.

 


 

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons arising from the customer’s personal preference (such as size, fit, or color).

Please confirm all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

 

  • Have been in your possession for eight (8) or more days after arrival

  • Have been used, washed, altered, or repaired

  • Are damaged or defaced after delivery

  • Are missing tags, packaging, or included accessories

 

All items handled by GODSPEED meet the quality standards of their respective manufacturers and our internal inspection criteria.

Please note that minor imperfections, such as small marks, color variations, or material irregularities that occur naturally during production, do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return.

 


 

4. Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at store@godspeed.co.jp.

 


 

5. European Union Cooling-Off Period

 

For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without explanation.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
